Technique #2: Petrissage

Rather than using pressure-points, the Swedish Massage’s next technique is kneading and lifting the muscles, which focuses on enhancing the blood circulation to the muscles.  Using the thumbs and fingers, the masseuse squeezes the muscles and prepares them for the next technique.

Technique #3:  Friction

Technique #4:  Vibration
